Exchanges and Returns

NAODEE Sports (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) has established the following exchange and return policy to ensure customer satisfaction.
 
1. Conditions for Exchange and Return
 
Exchanges and returns are only accepted in cases of clear initial defects. The following conditions must be met:
1.You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
2.The product has an obvious initial defect (damage, malfunction, missing parts, etc.).
3.You received the wrong product.
 
※ Returns or exchanges due to customer reasons (e.g., incorrect size, change of mind, order mistakes) are strictly not accepted, even if the product is unused and unopened.
 
2. Exchange and Return Process
1.If you wish to request an exchange or return, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product with the following details:
•Order number
•Name
•Reason for return or exchange
•Photos showing the defect (if applicable)
2.We will review your request and inform you of the next steps.
3.If the request is approved, please return the item to the designated address.
4.Upon receiving and verifying the product, we will proceed with the exchange or refund.
 
3. Shipping Costs for Exchanges and Returns
•If the return/exchange is due to our mistake (e.g., initial defect, wrong item sent), we will cover the shipping costs.
•If the return/exchange is due to customer reasons, we do not accept the request.
 
4. Refund Policy
 
If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned via the following methods:
•Credit card payments: Refund processed through the credit card company.
•Bank transfer or convenience store payments: Refund transferred to the designated bank account (transfer fees may be deducted).
 
※ Refunds may take 7 to 10 business days to process.
 
5. Important Notes
•Returns or exchanges without prior contact will not be accepted.
•Sale items, custom-made products, and personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
•If the defect cannot be confirmed, we reserve the right to deny the return or exchange.
